Refund Policy

Hello Bossy Fashion Shopper,

Items bought from Bossy Fashion Boutique will gladly be accepted for refund within 7 days of the delivery date.  

Please note the following:

  • No cash Refund only Store Credit
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.


To be eligible for a return (store credit), your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and free of any stains, with tags, and in its original packaging. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume.  Store Credit will be issued, excluding shipping and handling costs.  All tags must be attached when returned. 

Please note that all Clearance, Sale Items, Accessories, Bodysuits & Final Sale items are non refundable.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us at info@BossyFashionBoutique.com


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance, sale items, final sale items, accessories, bodysuits or gift cards.
