SHIPPING & PROCESSING INFORMATION

Bossy Fashion Boutique currently only ships to the United States.

We ONLY ship Monday-Friday, we DO NOT ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges and expected delivery dates are displayed in your shopping bag at the time of your order. This information also appears in your order confirmation email.

We strive to package and ship your order as soon as we get credit card authorization and verification. but please allow 1-3 business days for complete processing. You have the options between two carriers at check out. The carriers that may be used are the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS).

 Please Note: all estimated shipping times are after the order has been shipped. please allow an extra 1-3 business days for processing.

If for any reason your item(s) are not able to be delivered and is return to us, you will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fee).

To help prevent this from happening, please carefully check your address before completing your order. We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. If by any chance after completing your order you notice a mistake, please contact us IMMEDIATELY at info@BossyFashionBoutique.com  

If we have not been contacted within 24 hours with the correct address after confirmation was sent, items will be sent to the address on file.

Please Note: Priority Shipping time is not guaranteed as we are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or UPS. Please allow a 1-3 business day time frame for us to process your order from the day the order is placed. Regardless of method of shipment selected.

We are not responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit via USPS & UPS.

Keep in mind that sometimes, USPS & UPS will mistakenly mark a package as delivered prior to delivery. If your package says it was delivered but you haven’t received it, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for delivery. If on the 5th day, your package still hasn’t arrived and you believe your package was lost, you would need to contact your nearest USPS post office or UPS customer service and provide them with the tracking # that was sent to you once we shipped your order.

Please note this becomes a matter between the customer and USPS or UPS. We cannot replace your package because it was lost, it is a risk we all take when ordering online. It is rare but be aware this can happen.

If you would like to request a SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT to your package for additional shipping protection. Please include it in the notes of your order and we will invoice you the small fee so you can ensure your package gets delivered safely.
